Reservations
- Reservations are subject to availability for the Kokura Castle Garden Afternoon Tea.
- Afternoon Tea at Kokura Castle Garden is limited to 2-4 persons per time slot.
- Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the number of people, date, time, etc.
- If any changes occur after the reservation has been completed, please cancel the reservation and reschedule.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made by the customer.
- The cancellation fee will be charged on the afternoon tea participation fee as shown in the table below (Cancellation Fee Rules and Regulations).
- Please note that cancellation fees will be charged for changes in reservations (changes in number of persons, changes in dates, etc.) in accordance with the following (cancellation fee rules table).
(e.g., if you wish to attend on 6/12, you will pay free of charge until 6/7, 20% of the fee from 6/8 to 6/10, 30% on 6/11, and 100% after 8:00 AM on 6/12). 6
*The refund amount is calculated as the above percentage excluding the “3.6% credit card transaction fee. Please note that the “credit card transaction fee” is always incurred at the time of settlement.
